I started my professional journey navigating parking lots and freeways as a valet and limo driver. While I mastered the art of parking cars backward under pressure and could tell you the best shortcuts in the city, I realized my talents went beyond handling luxury cars and making small talk with passengers. So, I shifted gears, literally and figuratively, and dove headfirst into the world of sales. Turns out, convincing someone to trust you with their car isn’t all that different from closing a deal. These days, instead of navigating traffic, I navigate complex sales strategies and team dynamics. I’ve traded in my GPS for data dashboards and my uniform for a people-first leadership style. I’m all about fostering a culture where growth, resilience, and the occasional bad joke are part of the daily routine. I’ve learned that success in sales, much like valet parking, often involves embracing the unexpected and keeping your cool when things get tricky. At the heart of it all, I’m driven by my passion for mentoring others and helping them unlock their potential. I love seeing people grow, whether it’s a teammate hitting a career milestone or my kids finally understanding my dad jokes. Speaking of my family, they’re my biggest motivators. Everything I do - whether it’s leading a team to hit revenue targets or finding new ways to inspire those around me is to create a happy, fulfilling life for them. And yes, I still park backward just to remind myself I’ve still got it.
