Manage a team of senior administrators/ administrators for a portfolio of employee benefit trust's and corporate entities which have a variety of different services we provide to cater for the clients needs.

Corporate services team

1. Manage a range of employee benefit trust and company structures 
2. Manage teams daily admin tasks and transactions 
3. Manage team of five administrators ensuring delegation of work as well as assisting with any work queries they may have.
4. Manage a variety of different projects from start to finish
5. Liaise directly with directors

1. Employee Benefit Trust's;
2. Employee Ownership Trust's;
3. Pension schemes; and 
4. Corporate salary services. 

My role is to manage the day to day administration of the clients within the group, which includes:

- Liaising with the accountant regarding the bookkeeping of transactions;
- Liaise. directly with directors regarding transactions,
- Maintaining/updating internal record system with client profile/details, 
- Attend new business meetings with director, advisors and potential clients;
- Prepare new business forms / file for new client take on;
- Drafting of minutes and other relevant documents;
- Prepare and action payments using online banking systems.

Manage over 50 employee benefit trust structures, that range from large plc companies to private limited companies.

Client Manager

1.Manage my own clients that range from listed companies to private companies;
2. maintain trust records by reconciling, share, cash and loan balances etc;
3. Process exercises of share awards by preparing resolutions, instructions to sell or transfer shares and prepare bank payments where necessary;
4. Carry out award vestings for more 200 participants for various clients, extensive work of managing the whole vesting release from start to finish;
5. Carry out purchases of shares either on market or off market, payments of stamp duty to hmrc where necessary;
6. Maintain relationship with client contacts and liaise with them on a range of trust matters;
7. Look after save as your earn plans for international clients with participants in a range of jurisdictions; 
8. Take on new clients from start to finish by collecting CDD/KYC, preparing resolutions, setting up bank accounts, draft risk assessment form and attend commercial committee, finally set the new client up on viewpoint and adex systems; and
9. Maintain client information on outlook dms system, viewpoint and adex.

Eddy has over 16 years’ experience within the management and administration of employee incentive arrangements, specialising in Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs).

His clients have consisted of FTSE main market and AIM listed companies, some of which are large international organisations. He also has further experience working with a diverse range of clients that are private companies.

He has particular expertise in relation to the management of the day to day operations of EBTs and being the primary point of contact for the client relationship. He is passionate about the promotion of a partnership style approach in relation to all relationships Eddy manages, whether that be with the client or any related third party provider.

Eddy is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute, which was formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ICSA) and was awarded the Jersey ICSA administrator of the year in 2018.
