- In charge of the whole Altiris Deployment Infrastructure Worldwide (38 servers globally spread, Multi-Site & Multi-VLAN environment).
- In charge of implementation of new servers on sites.
- Leading the offshore Altiris Deployment support team.
- Technical Advisor for server implementation planning.
- SPOC for Altiris deployment operators and site managers involved with Altiris Deployment.
- Installation and Configuration of Altiris Deployment Servers.
- Coordinate with other teams in order to resolve issues (Server, WAN-LAN, Security…).
- Responsible for worldwide operator training and certification.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Liaison between Altiris dependent users/operators and Business.
- In charge of the synchronisation process between servers to ensure optimal and up to date        sources for deployment.
- In charge of day to day maintenance.

- In charge of the major Altiris Deployment servers.
- In charge of creating the UCB standard Client Base Image.
- Implementing changes to existing Client Base Images.
- Combining Client Base Images with Application packs
- Assisting with the development of the GUI used for deployment.
- Migration from CSFW to Altiris for Client deployment.
