Count The Dings

Managed marketing, social media, and sponsorship engagement for Count The Dings, a sports and culture digital media company. Since launching in April of 2018, Count The Dings successfully built 5 podcasts to an average of 500k unique monthly downloads. 
-Managed listener engagement over several social media and communication platforms. Builds rapport through active listening, answer questions and engaging with listener base to gather honest feedback for podcast shows and live events. 
-Creates and coordinates community events to increase listener engagement based on customer interactions (virtual and live).
-Worked as sponsorship liaison to engage listeners and increase sponsorship signups.
-Host of a segment and contributor on weekly podcast shows.

The Athletic

-Works with producer Jade Hoye to present voiceovers for all of The Athletic NBA Show podcasts, as well as other miscellaneous NBA products
-Contributor on the NBA Daily Ding (with Producer Rob Lopez) and The Basketball Buds (Jade Hoye) for NBA seasons 2018-2019, 2019-2020. Watched and analyzed NBA games to recap for the next mornings show. Presented stats and info, commentary on current NBA events with hosts Zach Harper, Dave Dufour, and more.

-Leads bi-weekly vinyasa classes, teaching self created content.

-Technology advisor for teacher training programs, introduces apps to modernize and streamline the program; leads a segment of teacher trainings on how to best utilize apps for yoga teacher trainees.

Guided all aspects of event production, from initial design to event wrap up and recap. Developed client relations by maintaining opening lines of communication, advising on creative processes to tailor details for event branding, and adjusting proposals to fulfill client needs. Event Operations manager responsibilities included hiring, training and managing staff, accommodating last minute requests, and problem solving throughout duration of event to meet and exceed client expectations. Facilitated event evaluation sessions and feedback implementations to ensure future event success.

Performed daily maintenance procedures on several wide format printers and digital presses, prioritized weekly office agenda, and coordinated team for effective task accomplishment. Office lead for building client relationships through direct interaction to identify optimal print processes for the job. Coordinated print projects from initial design concept through finishing products for presentation.

Served in and out of the studio duties as logistical and administrative support and booked clients for shows. Assisted artists as a talent liaison by handling sensitive information regarding high-profile associates, accompanying artists to their shows as contact personnel and media representation, and ensuring my artists’ rider requests were fulfilled.  Created and managed social media posts for promoting artist events.

Utilized visual presentation techniques to organize store design, and advised in cultivating brand atmosphere through social media as visual consultant. Assisted in daily store ops; also organized and managed in-store special events to promote brand cohesiveness and draw public interest.

Maintained a high-performance environment. Ran inclusive weekly sales team meetings, facilitating an open discussion on opportunities for improvement of the store’s operation. Hired and trained associates to understand the company standards for high detail orientation. Reset sales floors by managing these teams of up to fifteen associates to maximize efficiency and improve the quality of work. Developed a strong understanding of corporate structures and brand protection.
