Greetings, Thank you for viewing my profile!😊 Confidently and proudly, I say, my name is Emoni Eden-Clemons. During my matriculation at Old Dominion University, I have succeeded in senior leadership positions and have earned multiple opportunities to serve on the executive board of campus organizations. I served as the ‘21-‘22 President of the Finance Club, the ‘20-‘22 Treasurer/Secretary of the National Association of Black Accountants, and the ‘18-‘19 Treasurer of Girls Live on Self Success (G.L.O.S.S.) as a charter member. As an exceptionally involved college student, I gained a diverse multitude of life experiences and exited college as a heightened, well-rounded individual. Now that I’ve successfully earned my finance degree, I will persist with immersing myself in the accounting industry. I am well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and I always strive to be flexible and reliable to uphold the company mission and values. Attorneys who specialize in Estate Planning/Tax Law/Family Law especially are few of who I enjoy connecting with, as I know the severity and importance of growing and protecting one’s legacy. I dedicate myself to supporting licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Wealth Advisors as I strive to empower families to execute more financially smart decisions that in turn, can help reduce divorce rates and prevent the headaches that divorce brings. Each and every one of these professions are vitally essential to the functionality and health of the family dynamic, and I want to build families up for LIFE and death. Budgeting, saving, investing, and financial planning (i.e. preparing wills, establishing trusts, buying life insurance policies, initiating prenups, etc.) allows families to thrive in this ever-evolving economy. Everything in our lives is primarily affected and influenced by our lives at home with our families in our households. My purpose in this life is to help families stay stronger together by encouraging them in ways that they can remain financially stable and have the opportunity to build generational wealth. Families should always have true love, security, and wise counsel, and I want to be a part of building, piecing back together, and bringing financial healing to broken homes/single-parent households/children of divorced parents. I enjoy analyzing Divorce Court appearances and nature walks. My core values are respect, excellence, leadership, loyalty, integrity, inclusivity, legacy, and selfless service.
