I am not just a highly motivated software engineer and IT manager, but also an enthusiastic recruiter. With professional experience as a software engineer since 2005, I consistently demonstrate interest in building teams and implementing innovative projects with the latest technologies. In 2011, I independently recruited my first team of four members to develop an e-commerce platform for DieCrema. We utilized leading technologies such as Magento and Zendframework, and I significantly contributed to the platform's development by using PHP and Javascript. As a Senior Software Developer at Home24 AG, a subsidiary of Rocket Internet, in 2014, I co-developed and globally scaled the platform www.home24.de in PHP and Javascript. During this period, I played a crucial role in expanding the software development team from 30 to 100 members. In addition to my role as a software developer, I actively supported recruiting. Since then, I have been working more intensively, as a recruiter and a software developer/IT manager for various companies, including both small startups like Essentry GmbH and large corporations like CARIAD | VW Group. Between October 2023 and April 2023, I interviewed more than 70 applicants for the VW Group, successfully hiring approximately 55 of them.
