Within Pearson, the Workforce Skills division is on a mission to help organizations make better decisions based on verifiable information. My current focus in Workforce Skills is leveraging Credly (digital credentialing network), Faethm (future of work predictive analytics), and TalentLens (psychometric assessments) to help organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent in a continually evolving human capital ecosystem. I lead sales efforts across Credly, Faethm, and Talent Lens in the Americas and am responsible for structuring, hiring, developing, and retaining Sales Development, Sales, Account Management, and Sales Engineering teams along with Americas revenue goals, multi product line forecasting, and go to market strategy & execution.

Leveraging what I knew to be effective, I was the fastest salesperson to ramp, closing $1.1M in new revenue during my short tenure. I was selected by the Chief Revenue Officer to help build the sales team: assisted in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

My first foray into SaaS sales. Worked with inspiring colleagues, knowledgeable leaders, and developed as a technology sales professional. Over the years, I rose from the youngest AE (in 2012) to an Enterprise Sales Executive covering a $3M+ territory with leadership responsibilities. I achieved Platinum Presidents Club (highest sales award at Mimeo) multiple times and was a top five rep in terms of overall attainment and new revenue from 2014 until I left Mimeo in early 2019. 

Mimeo is an on-demand (SaaS) technology company with an enterprise suite of applications that facilitate content distribution globally. Mimeo is backed by Hewlett-Packard, Goldman Sachs, Draper Fischer Jurvetson, DFJ Gotham Ventures, and HarbourVest.
