I optimize for user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization for web, app, and SaaS platforms. My background in Business Development and Marketing gave me skills orbiting Product (eg: sales, research, product marketing, copy, sometimes even some UX). With those skillsets, I've now have 4+ years of Product Management experience working with Researchers, Engineers and UX Designers to design and implement solutions that increase lead acquisition, session-to-opportunity conversion and revenue growth. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business from the Singapore Institute of Technology, where I also served as the president of two student clubs. My career began at the heart of the hospitality industry, working in MICE, hotel operations, and travel trade. Later at Revinate, I helped hoteliers understand and leverage their online media and guest data. I am passionate about tinkering with new technologies and solving marketing challenges for businesses.
