I am passionate about innovation and sustainability and the integration of these factors into finance. I like to describe myself as someone with an international spirit, both in terms of the experiences I have had and how I run my decisions. As a boating enthusiast, I founded inNavi, one of the first yachting benefit companies in Italy: we aim to promote the development of coastal tourism in Italy and we are the first Italian start-up operating in Yacht Management. I am a lecturer and director of the first master's degree in Yacht Management at the European School of Economics and co-founder of Excellentia, an organisation that operates with 4 key services: an Observatory dedicated to Gen Z and Alpha researching on future skills and job prospects, Orientation & Consueling for young people and young professionals, specific Training programmes and a Luxury one dedicated to Yaching, Hospitality and Made in Italy.
