• Help clients develop and implement custom alerts and detection rules.
• Supporting N1 analysts by creating procedures and providing instruction on investigative processes.

In my second experience in cybersecurity at a consulting firm, I supported various clients through the following activities:

• Triage of alerts, conducting investigation and correlation in the SIEM.
• Opening war rooms in conjunction with the client for investigation and mitigation of malicious scenarios.
• Aligning false-positive alerts with the client to create exceptions in detection rules.

In my first experience focused on cybersecurity, I worked at a consulting firm as a SOC analyst with the following responsibilities:

• Alert triage, prioritizing based on criticality and affected environment. Activities were conducted using Splunk SIEM and Rapid7.
• Incident response, implementing mitigations such as IP blocks, credential blocks, and asset isolation.
• Phishing analysis, validating content and sender to detect address spoofing and malicious items.
• Endpoint security using tools like Deep Security, SentinelOne, and Guardicore.

Altice USA

Working remotely for Altice USA, I studied the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). This knowledge was used to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the IT department through the following activities:

• Compliance with fraud prevention processes by validating facial verification procedures.
• Review of the compliance of procedures for user creation and permission assignment.
• Review of internal client support, validating the execution of procedures to ensure that sensitive data is not improperly disclosed.

As a NOC analyst at the largest benefits company in Brazil, my activities included the identification, management, and monitoring of crisis scenarios and activities related to the company's business rules. My responsibilities included the following activities:

• Monitoring infrastructure, applications, and transactions using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Upon identifying critical scenarios, I'd open a war room, mobilizing the responsible teams and monitoring the resolution progress. During this process, updates were sent to the management team.
• Using knowledge of the company's business rules and infrastructure, I analyzed cases to identify the root cause of the problem, execute the correction, and inform the client.
• Developed operational procedures, creating flowcharts for better understanding.
• Managed permissions in production environments on AWS.

NOC Analyst

As the responsible for the IT department in my first corporate experience, I implemented various improvements, including:

• Internal phishing tests to validate the effectiveness of training and the maturity of employees in response to suspicious activities.
• Developed and implemented LGPD (brazillian SOX) policies aligned with the company's business rules.
• Structured a MySQL database on Ubuntu and automatically populated it with customer data.
• Migrated all employee credentials to the LastPass password vault, where all passwords were randomly generated with high minimum security requirements.
• Conducted internal lectures and training focused on cybersecurity, emphasizing the importance of compliance with policies, practices, and procedures.
