•	I was nominated as Local Product Manager for 4 product families (Weigh feeders, Belt scales, Screw feeders, and railway scales): BOMs retrieval (SAP PP module), Localization, Supplier development, Prototype testing, Homologation, Manufacturing, Design customizations, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) reporting to Germany Headquarters.
•	Prepared 3 annual viability and rentability analyses for screening panels: ABC classifications for products, orders, and margins, which led to valuable insights and data-driven business decisions.
•	Developed parameters for the application of railway scales concerning soil resistance.
•	Engineering representative during ISO audits.

Engineering and R&D Manager

- Led the Engineering team, which consisted of 10 people, in dozens of projects involving analysis of technical documentation and requirements, application, deadlines, purchase orders at headquarters and homologated suppliers in Germany, costs, quality, training, localization, prototypes, approval, customizations, customer support meetings, closure of projects, and lessons learned. Effectively supported Services and spare parts (Aftermarket), with the modernization of outdated solutions.

•	Authored 3 Modular Product Configurators for Application, Costs, and Engineering, which reduced design lead times  (50%), allowing knowledge access, precise margin calculations, and zero errors in assembly.
•	Shaped a new manufacturing and refurbishing method for calibration chains leading to 50% cost savings. I have also eliminated 100% of the motorized reeling issues on the field for these chains.
