Preparation of regular financial reports in respect to the various divisions of the bank, including monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports.
Responsibilities:Produce monthly PL/BS reports and distribute to heads of division Involvement in budget processesProduce analysis of partner profitability in respect of PaymentServices (PS) divisionDaily monitoring of cash balances held at financial institutions bydivision and ensure that this exposure does not exceed the bank’scapital resourcesSupport the Balance Sheet team with any reconciliation queriesPosting monthly journals including over 100 bank accounts, accruals & prepayments and expensesAuthorisation of daily payments
Liaison with the MIS team to ensure data is accurately captured and reportedMonitor staff expensesInvolve in training for new startersAssist auditors with internal and external auditsProduce Visa and MasterCard reports and assists with datadownloads
