Ensure the quality of products and processes through quality standards. Integrate customer expectations into more effective quality control systems. Apply continuous and process improvement to reduce internal failures. Ensure compliance with international automotive standards and corporate policies. Link between corporate team in Detroit (development and quality) to ensure the best practices in the plant operation. Training and lead the quality team. Review and approve customer 8D reports, reduce internal non-quality costs, ensure laboratory capacity, ensure calibration equipment, approve suppliers' corrective action plans.

- Implemented 118 SKUs for Daimler, AMG and Ford (VDA6.3, VDA2, Phased PPAP approved).
- Implemented full quality structure of the new plant in 30 months (Capex> 500 thousand U $ / year).
