I also have a strong background in business analysis, stakeholder (CxO) management, and customer satisfaction. Such expertise was developed through the delivery of complex and innovative solutions for clients across various sectors, such as insurance, client services, and healthcare / pharmaceuticals. From transforming the Digital Workplace for more than 150,000 users, to deploying scenario-based planning systems for several sites across the globe, I'm proud of having delivered true and measurable value to the various businesses I have served. As a manager and executive, I have developed and mentored high-performing teams, fostered a culture of excellence and innovation, and established strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. I have also led and participated in several initiatives to improve processes, optimize resources, and enhance performance. Pairing my management skills and willingness to learn, I have recently obtained a coaching certification and continue to work towards an ICF ACC accreditation, which I plan to achieve by the middle of 2024.
