Novartis

-	Led the IT implementation of our Lean Digital Core (LDC) billion-dollar program for Chemicals, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC or “TRD”) organization, aiming to harmonize and simplify our GxP business processes through SAP S4/Hana, moving it into a cloud-based solution, leveraging scaled Agile.
-	Co-developed with SAP (and Roche) a new digital product market standard holding more than $100 mio in investments, namely iCSM (intelligent Clinical Supply Management SAP), now commercially available for other Pharma companies.
-	Created the vision for how Clinical Supply Management and Technical Research & Development information technology landscapes should look over the next 10 years through the changes introduced through the LDC program.
-	As a permanent member in several review & approval boards, I reviewed dozens of processes and proposals across the program and therefore across the enterprise, including other areas of the business, providing them with challenges and insights which were appreciated for the development of optimized solutions.
-	Coached my team of around 10 individuals on their individual personal & career development plans, aligning the opportunities that matched individuals and organizations and ensuring maximum value for theirs’ and companies’ investments in trainings and experiences for up-skilling and re-skilling. I have also extended the benefit of my coaching and mentoring for indirect reports, including external consultants, whenever possible and requested by them, integrating further those individuals and enhancing their sense of belonging to the program organization. 
-	Evaluated new technologies, prepared tech reviews and assisted with pilots and experiments – with highlights to SAP enabling technologies - that helped with building the tech visions and prepared for implementation, using my previous experiences and technical acumen in favor of advancing the tech agenda for the organization.

IT Director – Technical R&D – Strategic Program Lean Digital Core

-	Enabled a Digital, integrated Clinical Supplies landscape for 100+ Global Clinical Studies every year. That was a mix of ERP (SAP), dashboarding (QlikSense, Tableau), automation (e.g. Alteryx), digital solutions (e.g. Blockchain) and the data-driven programs. Our continued success enhanced stakeholder confidence (pipeline management), enhanced end-user adoption (business value realization) and improved our risk management (saving costs). 
-	Oversaw and controlled the function technology roadmap across various workstreams in our multi-million-dollar portfolio ($30Mio+) with the support of our 50+ people team, including direct reports, contractors and matrixed resources. 
-	Hired, trained, coached, mentored, up-skilled and re-skilled our team of 4-8 employees and 50+ contractors, with highlights to the formation of Certified Supply Chain Management (CSCP) professionals by the APICS association, building the business knowledge on top of the IT knowledge the them would provide, closing the gaps of understanding and enhancing the quality of the conversations across the teams, which led to higher quality outcomes for the business.
-	Drove the implementation of our Integrated Clinical Supply Management vision through information technology, ensuring we address the backbone (ERP) technologies as well as investigating top innovative technologies like eLabeling and Blockchain as potential solutions, with a return estimated over $120 mio within a 5-year investment plan.
-	Appointed as the IT director in the business strategy team, I have contributed with ideas, evaluations, information and coordination that went across the entire business organization, often acknowledged as a key member of that group for the quality and consistency of my contributions.

Service Delivery Manager, Clinical Supplies

-	Led and coached teams of 5 to 20+ employees and 80+ contractors, responsible for delivering $20k-$1Mio sized solutions and few selected major projects. Thanks to an eye on talent and a focus on professional development, most of those individuals got further promoted and expanded their impact, for themselves and the company.
-	Harmonized services delivered, consolidating from more than 50 IT services, achieving higher customer satisfaction according to surveys carried out - leading to $15MM cost savings in 3-4 years.  
-	Reduced further operational costs by 40%, managing a budget of 20+ MUSD per annum through re-organizing the team (with no layoffs), performing a major vendor replacement (and moving into a partnership model), challenging the demand, re-negotiating partner contracts and simplifying our portfolio. 
-	Drove Change Management within the team to prepare for major IT organization re-structure, with positive feedback from employees and no disruption for the business. Performed as a leader & facilitator for Change Management sessions within IT (for all employees, at all levels).
-	Drove Change Management & User Adoption initiatives around our Microsoft SharePoint, including through a major Enterprise Intranet reformulation program and the Change Management & User Adoption initiatives around our Enterprise Social platform (Yammer), through relationships with divisional communication executives, up to CEO level, with a successful rollout to 100k+ people.
-	Hired, trained, coached, mentored, up-skilled and re-skilled our workforce, with highlights to the adoption of the Drupal platform for corporate websites hosting & management (including our flagship, Novartis.com), moving from legacy and deprecated solutions into best performing (according to Gartner) providers, enhancing our care with cybersecurity while providing a refreshed experience to web site visitors.

Global Head of Business Consulting & Solution Delivery Manager for Collaboration 

-	Led a small and efficient team of 5 service managers, plus another 30 external consultants, accountable for Enterprise Web Services, which included thousands of assets spread across 27 services supporting business capabilities within Digital Communications, Collaboration & Digital Workplace, Enterprise Social and Web development throughout the world.
-	Managed contracts and internally delivered services of 15+ MUSD per annum.
-	Aligned our efforts with IT Architecture, Operations, IT PMO, IT Finance and any other dependent organizations, to ensure sustainable growth of our offers and alignment with the global IT vision and strategy.
-	Accountable for end-to-end customer and senior (CxO level) stakeholder relationship management for Alcon – the second larger division with Novartis, representing the Enterprise Web Services group.
-	Accountable for the ~$5 Mio portfolio of projects and programs delivered to Alcon, ensuring delivery on time, budget and scope in coordination with assigned project and program managers for the individual initiatives.
-	Managed resources in a matrixed organization, entirely with indirect lines of relationship, while successfully supporting the demands of the division.

Key Account Manager, Alcon & Global (IT) Services Lead 

-	Responsible for relationship management at CIO level for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, México, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia and Central America, while offering enterprise web services in the region.
-	Ensured delivery of 15+ projects running in parallel, budgeted at around $1 mio, customized solutions developed through Microsoft SharePoint or Java, supporting business including Marketing & Sales, Legal, Compliance, HR, communications.
-	Coordinated all project execution with our preferred partner (Wipro) through our outsourcing in India, with 100% remote resources and high customer satisfaction.
-	Traveled across the region to promote our services, sharing existing solutions and working with businesses to identify potential needs that could be addressed through software automation, successfully growing our business in the region. 
-	Rolled out our Digital Workplace strategy in the region for 5,000+ people, along with the new Collaboration (SharePoint) services, shifting the ways of working and enhancing productivity per employee while increasing digitization across functions.
