- Creation and integration of a qualification registry system for Instructors to ensure better record keeping whilst cutting out continuous maintenance.

Working with a particular focus on creating sustainable paths of development into the watersports industry for disenfranchised youth in the community by equipping them with the skills and opportunities necessary.

Responsible for the day to day management of the RYA Dinghy Training School including but not limited to: continuing a high standard of operations, developing the skillset of the training team, and seeking new opportunities for growth in the Centre.
