I was headhunted to join the RIZE recruitment team as I have extensive experience working with telecoms/Wimax vendors and telecoms operators as a staffing partner. I specialise in providing vendors and operators with permanent or contract staff at all levels.

•	As part of the major Accounts team, I worked directly with Account Directors to provide resourcing capability for all roles within the Telecommunications domain worldwide. Typical roles I recruit for include Technical Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Project & Program Managers/Directors, Sales/Business Development managers/Directors and Senior Executive roles.
•	Build relationships with line management
•	Lead generation
•	Interviewing and matching candidates to live job opportunities.
•	Arranging interviews and obtaining feedback.
•	Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.

I joined the NSN Team at Spring to work as a Delivery Consultant and was responsible for providing NSN with skilled managers and technical engineers at all levels for contracting or permanent opportunities. On a day to day basis my role would involve the selection of CV's, reference checking, managing candidates throughout selection process, negotiating salary expectations, dealing with work permits, management companies and ensuring resource arrives to client site on time within local tax and immigration legislation.

The NSN team were among the most successful global accounts within the company .
