I currently work within the Estates Unit of Gwynedd Council’s Housing and Property Department, where I primarily assist with the management of the Council’s property portfolio.

Additionally, I am tasked with working on long-term as well as short-term projects, as well assisting with property valuations, lease consultancy, and the disposal / acquisition of properties.

Avison Young

I joined GVA (now trading as Avison Young) in August 2018 after graduating with a BSc degree in Real Estate Management and Business at Liverpool John Moores University. I worked within the company’s Energy and Natural Resources team, primarily assisting with work on the property portfolio of a public body within the nuclear industry.

During my time at Avison Young, I assisted in rent reviews, property and estate management work, property valuations, as well as property disposals on behalf of numerous clients.

I am a Chartered Surveyor currently working for Gwynedd Council.
