I have a proven track record of setting up and managing PMO, including processes, procedures, templates, tools, and delivery methodology. In addition, develop governance models and required KPIs to monitor, measure, and adjust the performance. I had hands-on experience managing large onsite and offshore teams, leading the entire end-to-end project lifecycle, including vertical and horizontal communications, scope and schedule changes, milestones delivery, Demos, UAT, deployment, end-user training, and phase and project closure activities. In product management, I oversee the company portfolio products from ideation to launch, including the innovation and feasibility phase, vision and strategy, analysis and design, development, and go-to-market.
