My responsibilities within Matworks:
- Selling Mathworks mathematical software solutions to customers who are based in the Middle East and North of Africa regions. 
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets and quota of qualified opportunities with revenue.
- Develop and close new license sales opportunities from qualified leads and inbound customer inquiries.
- Manage opportunities through the sales process and prioritize activities aligned with appropriate sales stage.  
- Prepare quotations and maintain an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
- Collaborate with peers such as engineers and sales field executive who are based in MENA region.
- Manage timely closure of the assigned annual maintenance renewal contracts and incorporate lapsed maintenance opportunities into selling strategies.
- Educate customers on purchasing options via web store and consolidations.
- Identify and manage add on or cross sell opportunities by closing business or transferring to appropriate sales representative to achieve the sale cycle.
- Prepare quotations as required and ensure accurate information for efficient processing of orders and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Using Oracle Eloqua and sales force to ensure customer data and sales activities are collected and entered correctly to advance the sales cycle. 
- Manage large, complex quotations.
- Participate in funnel meetings as well as planning and delivery of sections of the annual territory and account plans.
- Partake on projects with local and international project team members.

- Managing Symantec subscription renewal (250 opportunities per month - Symantec protection suite and Symantec end point protection solutions - SMB) in the Middle East and North of Africa.
- Contacting existing customers via phone and emails on daily basis in order to walk them through the renewal processes and providing them with quotes regarding their licenses’ renewal.
- Offering up-sell or/and cross-sell. 
- Processing the purchase orders. 
- Making cold calls to prospective customers in order to discover their business needs and selling to them Symantec information security solutions. 
- Establishing an account presence and build trust with key contacts, driving adoption and optimal usage of Symantec security information solutions.
- Understanding buyer decision processes.
- Achieving quarterly target that is between 250,000 USD:300,000 USD.
- Developing distributors’ renewal plan.
- Conducting quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Helping distributors and resellers with Symantec portal.
- Providing after sales service by following up end users inquiries and complaints. 
- Liaising with internal support functions to ensure the smooth management of the billing and   administration process for the customer base plus the provision of any supporting sales reports.
- Building a strong business relation with end users in order to sell to them more products.
- Building a strong business relationship with distributors and resellers.
- Conveying technical information to both customers and partners. 
- Using Sales force, Oracle and CRM.
