Versatile communicator with demonstrated ability to take a campaign from vision to execution, manage multiple channels and deadlines, and put people first. Every good project begins with listening. I’m passionate about listening to people and partnering with them to find their voice, creating a strategy and campaign to meet their needs and solve their problem, and then following through with the communications plan. Because I’m versatile, I complement any team. My co-workers have called me a cheerleader, a partner, and even a Swiss Army knife. ✴ Cheerleader: Depending on who else is at the table, I can be a leader or I can take direction and be a valued contributor. I step in where needed and cheer on the effort. ✴ Partner: Relationships are important to me. People know they can come to me for help with communication needs, and I will partner with them to figure it out and get it done strategically. ✴ Swiss Army knife: Because I've developed so many different types of messages, I have the confidence and experience to try just about anything. I've also learned to tackle all aspects of a project, from listening to generating ideas to execution of those ideas, which sometimes means learning new tools to make it all happen. I can troubleshoot intranet (Salesforce-based Simpplr) issues, design a header image in Canva, format a newsletter in Dreamweaver, build surveys in Survey Monkey, analyze email results with ContactMonkey, and update projects in Asana. We communicators do it all, right? I consider myself balanced, empathetic, compassionate, creative, detail-oriented, very organized, and self-motivated.
