Responsible for:
- New project idea generation, preparation of technical specifications for design works.
- Evaluating new equipment performance possibilities - energy production and economical modeling.
- Participation in Project purchase, design evaluation and design approval procedures.
- Administrating CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) development in company. Appling ground rules for information that is brought to the system. Evaluating work processes and system usage boundaries.
- Formation of internal processes, such as: centralized spare parts warehouse and work tools availability, management.

Project Manager

Implementation of technical projects for biomass boilers - calculations, equipment selection, development of technological processes and their management, participation in equipment assembly, equipment start-up and adjustment works.
Boiler thermal output: 5-15 MW.

Project Engineer

Responsible for the company's product (biomass boiler house equipment) development. Collaborating with technology development, supply, sales, marketing, and finance departments to ensure proper product development for markets and smooth operations in internal processes.

Product Owner

Implementation of technical projects for biomass boilers - calculations, equipment selection, development of technological processes and their management, participation in equipment assembly, equipment start-up and adjustment works. Participation in project warranty service management processes by creating work tools for information control.

Axioma servisas

Management and execution of service contracts for energy (Biomass boiler houses, 5-50 MW) and industrial facilities. Solving technical issues, coordinating work schedules, spare parts, payments, etc. Administration and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems. Development of complex work tools (calculations and analysis).

Engineer

Working with mechanical, electrical/automation projects.  Preparation of commercial offers, preparation of tender documentation, preparation of documentation for performed repairs, coordination of small technical issues with suppliers and customers. Development of complex work tools (calculations and analysis).

Assistant to Project Manager

Experienced in industrial boiler house design, maintenance and management processes. Good understanding of mechanical and automation systems. 
Participated in various projects including: biomass, natural gas, diesel and fuel oil systems (combustion, storage, supply and distribution).

Other experiences: LEAN 5S, CMMS (Computerized maintenance management systems).
