The physical event season starts again... 


Working at the 3rd biggest UK festival as a Zone Supervisor:
- Volunteer supervising;
- Helping the CAT teams;
- Leading the team spirit and motivation;
- Assigning team breaks, setting work patterns;
- Communication with security, medical and fire teams.

Employed by the university while in 1st year of studies. First career steps in lockdown, digital UK, exploring the new field of Event Consulting. 

Working with 2 projects:
· D.I.C.E. project (Diversity & Inclusion at Conferences and Events);
· Research project 'Development of a Covid-19 Recovery Strategy for the most hit sport industry: (Re)engaging with fans'.


- Conducting online research interviews;
- Collecting, preparing and analyzing data about the UK events industry;
- Creating clear summaries and reports of the key takeaways from the projects;
- Suggesting solutions to make the UK events industry more diverse and inclusive.
