step 2: seller bank send swift mt 799 RWA SBLC, and seller bank officer write directly to buyer bank officer,  confirming in fully bank responsibility seller readiness and attach swift done copy, and ask buyer receiver bank officer to reply to confirm buyer readiness too.

in that stage the two bank officers verify each other respective role.

after it, after your bank officer assure you that all is 100% genuine and true , you will wire 1% to seller, to obtain the final swift mt 760

after swift mt 760, you will complete the payment %.
