Reporting directly to the C-Suite, as Head of Marketing and Growth I have developed the Marketing Department to become a strategic business function. No longer is Marketing viewed as “popping posts on Instagram” or “the colouring in department” Marketing here at Fusion is now considered essential thanks to my strategic approach and results.

The department is relied upon to grow and develop the brand and group.

Upon commencing my time with the Group, I undertook a rebrand, devised a B2B and B2C marketing and PR strategy.

Influential to the Managing Directors and CEO, I have guided the team through key hires for the wider business and enabled them to implement business values and strategies.
