My role revolves around supporting top management in the seamless execution of their strategic objectives. This involves fine-tuning business processes, leveraging cutting-edge systems and technologies, and establishing robust governing structures. The overarching aim is to enable sustainable execution of strategies and objectives, ensuring the continued success of the organization.

Within the PwC Stavanger Leadership team, I hold a key position with a specific focus on cultivating and delivering products, services, and capabilities in the realm of business technology, particularly tailored for the dynamic oil and gas industry. This involves spearheading initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence, contributing significantly to the overall success of our endeavors

PwC Stavanger was established as an oil and gas center of excellence, and I was responsible for developing our methodology that supported PwC delivering projects cost effectively globally. Together with my team, I developed the Oil and Gas Blueprint Methodology that are used in more than 20 international projects. Also, as a PwC Director I was responsible to manage large transformation projects within the oil and gas sector. Worked nationally and internationally delivering large transformations for PwC energy clients.

In 2007, CoreTrek merged with MKT and CoreTrek Group AS was established as a company with more than 60 employees working from offices in Sandnes, Sandefjord and Oslo. In the timeframe form, 2004 to 2007 CoreTrek had a yearly growth of 40% and CoreTrek had the position as marked leader in Norway for Publishing and Portal software.

Together with the Venture Company TechCap AS I started CoreTrek AS in January 2000. We redefined the strategy and founded a publish and portal company with consulting services. As a co-founder, I was involved in all aspect of the company as strategist, consultant, product developer and capital funding. As a sales director in LIMT I had the responsibility for the European sales office and the strategy to change sales model from direct to indirect. After the strategic shift, we developed indirect sales channels in UK, Germany, Holland and Sweden. As a Sales Director I reported to the CEO and was part of the LIMT management team. Annual budget for LIMT EMEA was 25 mill USD:. Key clients was; TV4, TV3 Deutche Telecom, Cabel Tel, NTL, VECAI.
