His favorite project was building a consumer mobile app for the world’s largest consumer packaged goods company. Prior to consulting Eirik helped scale Practice Interviews, an interview training platform for tech executives, from 0 to 8k+ users and 220k+ monthly video views. Prior to Practice Interviews, he managed a global product team of 10 at Link-Busters, a B2B data mining company that protects 400k+ products for the worlds largest movie studios and digital publishers from piracy. Eirik started his Product role at Link-Busters in May of 2018 after he negotiated the acquisition of PiraShield, where he was CEO & Co-Founder and responsible for all sales and product development. Eirik co-founded PiraShield in 2016 and bootstrapped it from $0 to $21k MRR over 24 months servicing clients like Udemy.com and ITPro.TV In the summer of 2017, Eirik, together with a senior telecom engineer, co-invented a system that identifies and tracks individuals who pirate content over a network. The patent was officially granted in October of 2020 and has been cited by Rapid 7's system for detecting leaked documents in a network.
