African Nation Development Program is an NGO where I worked during my one year service crop. My employment was contract-based and some of my roles included: 
• Managed the UX team of designers, researchers and copywriters, made sure that there were no challenges with assigned tasks, and assisted them when needed. 
• Planned UX team sprints and ran efficient team retrospectives with actionable outcomes.
• Established and led UX research used across teams.
• Designed a merchant and customer service dashboard from scratch..
• Conducted user research: Interviews, user testing, surveys, bench-marking, data analysis, etc.
• Carried out A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

During my undergraduate studies, I balanced my academic responsibilities with part-time and freelance work during the school term, and full-time work during holidays. My primary design tools were CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. In these roles, I:
• Worked independently and sometimes collaboratively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Scheduled project implementation based on workload, which included several simultaneous projects.
• Designed brochures, posters, presentation, menu, leaflet, promotional items etc.
• Oversaw various graphic design needs, liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed to the highest  quality.

I embarked on my design journey by immersing myself in industry knowledge, using CorelDRAW as my primary tool. Key highlights of this experience include:

• Mastered the skill of interpreting design requirements and translating them into visuals that meet client expectations.
• Developed a strong understanding of color schemes, typography, textures, iconography, and other visual elements to create compelling designs.
