Bashkir State University, Center for "Micro- and nanoscale dynamics of dispersed systems" 

Development of multiscale techniques and efficient computational tools for studying bubble dynamics in slightly compressible liquids complicated by the effect of rectified diffusion. This problem is highly nonlinear that’s why Crank–Nicolson scheme with iterations over nonlinearity was used to solve it. Also, mass change of a bubble over one period of oscillation is small and close to the calculation error, and special method with conservative discrete scheme with integro-interpolational approach was developed to overcome this problem. Calculations were carried out in Matlab. Validation of asymptotic methods was made via direct numerical simulations. Studying scientific and technical literature. Writing articles and scientific reports. Attending conferences.

Research and code development for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the convective Rayleigh-Benard cell with control volume method.
