In January 2017 I founded YonderBags.com, a website offering top quality bags at competitive prices. I took care of all aspects of the business, including day-to-day management, marketing, and customer support. 
Making data-driven decisions, I managed to optimize all business KPI's and meet business goals, doubling sales every month. In December 2017 I sold the website, with the aim of exploring new niches and opportunities.

Ethos - Architecture Planning & Environment

I worked closely with the Israeli Water Authority on the implementation of the national master plan for the water sector. The work included designing terms of references for various tenders to be issued by the authority, writing position papers, and developing measurable indicators for the different branches of the Israeli water sector.

Also, I coordinate Israel's Marine Spatial Plan, led by the Technion University, aiming to design for the first time integrated and comprehensive policy for the Israeli Mediterranean. In this framework, I was in charge of resources allocation, writing and integration of the plan's publications, management of contributing advisers. I took part in the process of decision making through all parts of this extremely complex project.

Transport Today and Tomorrow

Transportation Today and Tomorrow (TTT) is an NGO that aims to promote sustainable transport in Israel, in order to mitigate excessive car use, pollution, and social gaps. 

I was responsible for launching TTT's new website - I contributed to its design, structure and user interface and was responsible for maintaining it and uploading new contents. After launching, I used Google Analytics to optimize and gain a better understanding of the organization's target audience. 

At the same time, I was also managing TTT's social media accounts, primarily Facebook, that doubled itself during my time (mostly organic but also using Facebook Ads to promote events and on a few engagement campaigns to raise awareness).

Contact to the organization's stakeholders was kept using a monthly newsletter, as well as meeting and events.
