ITSMF increases the representation of black professionals at senior levels in technology, to impact organizational innovation and growth.  

Member of the Executive leadership team responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, fiduciary planning and management, educational program development and execution, event planning and execution, fundraising, and marketing of the organization.
•	Spearhead a relationship-centric approach, with short- and long-term strategies, which reflect ITSMF’s commitment to increasing the representation of black technology professionals and supporting organizations that are filling the talent pipeline.   
•	Direct the management of a portfolio of services including career coaching, careers in transition, and member advocacy related to the growth, engagement, and retention of ITSMF constituents (i.e., members and Global Institute for Professional Development Academy alumni)
•	Identify and execute strategic alliance partnerships outreach initiatives that create opportunities for community engagement on a national platform and to increase ITSMF’s visibility
