I am a Quality Engineer at Vestas, the world's leading wind energy solutions provider, where I ensure the quality and reliability of the wind turbine components and systems. I use advanced tools and techniques, such as Measurement System Analysis (MSA), 5 Why, and Six Sigma, to identify and resolve the root causes of any defects or deviations in the manufacturing process. I have over seven years of experience in the quality assurance domain, working in the automotive and now in wind industry. Before joining Vestas, I was a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Asahi India Glass Limited, where I led the quality improvement initiatives for the automotive glass products. I applied the 8D Analysis, APQP, PPAP, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance the product quality and customer satisfaction, resulting in a 20% reduction in customer complaints and a 10% increase in on-time delivery. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a Root Cause Analysis and CAPA certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and passion for continuous improvement and problem solving. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Paavai Engineering College in 2016, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and applications of mechanical engineering.
