Some companies think people quit because the industry is competitive.

They DON'T.

People quit because staying became too expensive emotionally, mentally, or professionally.

Here’s the part most leaders overlook:

People rarely leave environments where they genuinely feel:

↳ Valued → their contribution counts
↳ Respected → their ideas matter
↳ Balanced → work does not cost wellbeing
↳ Connected → surrounded by trust
