Team Lead Acceleration @ Innovation Factory

In my role as an Innovation Coach at Innovation Factory, I partnered with Rabobank's innovation teams to assess strategic opportunities, estimate revenue potential, and guide them in product discovery, stakeholder management, partnerships, and team development. I focused on helping teams maintain focus on the riskiest bits of their business, run experiments, and make informed decisions based on data.

Project Highlights: 
- a consumer banking app that helps reduce CO2 footprint
- a business banking product that helps SMEs process their waste circularly 
- a solution for real-time settlement of securities in the money and bond markets
- a credit scoring product that unlocks financing for smallholder farmers in emerging markets

Rotterdam Wine Lovers

Rotterdam Wine Lovers is Rotterdam's biggest wine club. We organize monthly tastings, biannual wine dinners and once a year a wine trip. We have approximately 400 members in total, with 15-30 members attending per event. 

Rotterdam Wine Lovers is a typical scratch-one's-own-itch startup. I while ago I wanted to learn about wine in a fun, social way that did not include snobbish tastings or attending a class. So I started by launching one wine tasting event to see what happens. After 25 people showed up and paid to be there, I did a second one, and a third one and three years later, we are Rotterdam's biggest wine club.

Rotterdam wine lovers is an open and inclusive wine club.  It’s for anyone who loves wine, either you are a wine connoisseur, a wine rookie or just a happy wine drinker. You'd like to learn more about wine, explore and drink good wine, mingle with wine enthusiasts, teach the newbies, and learn from the experts. No snobs, just wine lovers!

Since September 2017 I have been part of ING's corporate accelerator program as a customer & experiment lead. My role is to support accelerator teams with proposition design, experiment design and execution,  customer development, customer journey design, and new product development. 

So far I've worked with 2 teams: Ridecloud (mobility) and Pyctor (crypto).

Innovation specialist / Customer & Experiment Lead @ ING Labs

I joined Ridecloud when we were still looking at high opportunity areas in the mobility space. As a Customer Lead I have been responsible for designing and testing our proposition, discovering and validating problem areas for customer segments and designing solutions for them. I have designed and run multiple experiments with Ridecloud: from interviews, landing page experiments and surveys, to prototypes, and open and closed betas.

Ridecloud is a free iOS app that brings shared cars, shared bikes, and taxis in one app.
we believe that by combining the powers of multiple mobility providers in a single app, shared mobility will become more transparent, accessible and easy to use for everyone.

We are an Amsterdam-based international team passionate about mobility and innovation. We believe that we can move around, faster, easier and affordably while relieving our cities of congestion and pollution.

Bringing multiple providers in one place is only the first step. Ridecloud is building the mobility platform of the future!
