I am a young professional with experience in different HR-roles, especially in technology environments. I strongly believe that the best way to reach successful organizational’s goals is to embrace the innovation, by leading the evolution of the employee experience while maintaining a people-oriented approach. I currently hold the role of HR Manager for Gruppo Panini Cultura, an ecosystem of companies born from the initiative of Franco Cosimo Panini Editore, which has acquired a majority stake in some of Italian leading companies in the digitization and enhancement of cultural heritage: Haltadefinizione, Memooria, Hyperborea, and Mida Digit. Panini Cultura combines established editorial expertise with the technological innovation of its affiliated companies, offering a wide range of services in the field of Digital Humanities, including digitization, metadata creation, enhancement, and promotion of diverse heritage assets.
