I am responsible for the community-building strategy, communications strategy, benefits strategy and administration, and creating standard processes to make work easier for everyone.

Recruited as a summer intern and quickly rose through the ranks as a marketer, with roles spanning consumer acquisition, small business customer growth, co-brand partnerships and digital marketing. Recognizing the 'secret sauce' of the brand was in its customer service and experience operations, pivoted to lead customer experience strategy and pilot programs globally, focused on increasing customer engagement and long-term loyalty.

As a marketer, strategist, operator and customer experience leader, I have been at the helm of business transformations that increased revenue, decreased costs to serve, and improved customer & employee loyalty all over the world. My experience spans financial services, travel & hospitality, technology and media.

I am unapologetically people-first - from building diverse, high-performing teams, to mobilizing cross-functional partners to deliver better employee and customer outcomes. I believe in winning together.

Outside of work, I am busy raising a family with my husband in the vibrant heart of the world's best city.
