Moved internally to the {Capture} agency pillar of Shopper Media Group to lead the client services for the following FMCG brands:
- Moët Hennessy
- Bel UK
- William Grants & Sons
- BEAR Nibbles
- Provided support on JDE

Involved insight-led media planning, leading to efficient media buying across multiple media owners including digital, mobile, OOH, in-store, print and more.

Used IRi to evaluate campaigns based on test and control methodology, looking at specific media performance.

Senior Client Executive (Capture Agency)

Lead the strategy planning and relationship management of top-to-bottom stakeholders, across 4 different supplier categories within Mothercare; working with over 50 clients.

Pitched creative and media strategies of campaigns running at any one time, giving me extensive knowledge of a wide mix of media that stretches across social, email, paid offsite and owned onsite media channels.

Pulled, monitored, evaluated and reported all campaign sales and awareness through insight tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Email on Acid, Core Metrics, Oracle, Twitter Analytics and EPOS sales from Panorama. 

Finance lead for the account where I was heavily involved in developing a new reporting system that reduced inefficiencies and discrepancies that was then adopted by all 3 agencies within the wider business group.

Used creative thinking and precision planning to develop insight-led campaign strategies and media recommendations for new and existing clients within Mothercare's brand portfolio of the Nurture category.

Joined Threefold Agency in the early stages of the Mothercare partnership, where I helped build internal processes and develop relationships with key stakeholders within Mothercare and their supplier base. 

Threefold is the shopper media agency that makes the connection between retailers, their brands and their shoppers. 

At Threefold, we use creative thinking and precision planning to manage every part of a retailer’s media estate and our goal is to create happier shoppers, better brand awareness and brilliant business results. 

We collaborate with our retailers and their supplier brands, building long-term partnerships that add value. Our core team of 50+ shopper experts are fortunate enough to work with a superb base of retailers and brands, including Shop Direct, Mothercare and the Co-op.
