For years, I was taught by men in corporate to follow their rules. I learned how to climb the ladder, navigate office politics, and succeed by playing the game. It got me far - but it didn’t make me happy. Now, I partner with ambitious women to rewrite those rules: To lead without apologizing. To stop surviving and start thriving. On their terms. Back then, I was wearing dark suits and playing it "safe" in a corporate world. 7 years ago, I told my colleague that wanted to work in jeans and sneakers.     🎶 Music lessons that shaped my life As a child, I studied music for four years—singing in a choir, practicing scales, and learning to play an instrument. But when my family moved to another country, I found myself in a top music school where the program was a year ahead. In solfège class, my peers could effortlessly write notes while I struggled. As a 10-year-old, I did not want to be a loser, and within a few months, my music career was finished. That experience taught me important lessons: 1. You can succeed when you do what you’re naturally good at and like. I don’t know anyone who succeeded by doing what hated. 2. Your environment matters. Studies show that when teachers or parents believe in their kids' potential, those students are more likely to succeed. The same applies to our careers - being surrounded by the right people makes all the difference.
