I was going to become a medical engineer. When I got my degree in Biomedicine, I’d already had experience in the Telecom industry. I’d grown from an assistant to the Executive Director of a small call center within a short time. That’s how I became a manager. In my career, I have enjoyed executive positions in banking product management, retail sales and strategy. When I decided to leave the banking industry, I was the Head of Retail with more than 3000 employees. My interest in environments of continuous evolution and innovation brought me to IT. I have built a company from scratch and launched novelty products for the e-commerce industry and social discovery niche. I'm frankly sharing the challenges involved in scaling a business from small to BIG and suggest an optimal and appropriate action plan.
