What started as a fun little idea… is now going into the second round

I remember Bertram saying something along the lines of:
"let’s bring people together, grab some croissants, drink coffee and connect"

The idea came because these kinds of events have always helped us connect with amazing people and build lasting relationships.

& bli bla blub, the Croissant Club was born.
And now… here we are: hosting the second edition.

This time in an amazing Location!!! A location we actually discovered through a connection made at our very first Croissant Club.

Full circle moment if you ask me.
pppplus we get to talk about an amazing topic that´s very close to my heart.

A topic that’s super close to my heart became reality. 

In August, I was looking for a birthday gift for myself: a red light lamp

Why?

Longevity became one of my passions when I was finding my way back to normality after a period of health struggles that deeply impacted my daily life.

Since then, I’ve been fascinated by everything that helps my body recover, recharge, and perform better. 

So when I stumbled upon the Luminous Labs, it was a match.

The fact that it´s an austrian company, has Investors like Biogena (whose products I already love), and an hour-long conversation with Angelo made it clear:

“That’s the company I want to buy from.”

Just a day after I bought my own panel, Angelo reached out:
“What if we put our lamps into your room solution?”

I was hooked.
One conversation later, Bertram was hooked as well.

Within two weeks, we built the first Yuniti with integrated Luminous Labs technology. The fastest product development ever. I still remember Diana pushing everything last minute to make it happen.

Not even a month after our touchpoint, we did it.
We built a workspace that not only keeps you focused, but recharges your energy on a cellular level. ⚡️

For me, this collaboration is more than a product launch.

It’s a reflection of what I deeply, deeply believe in: 
The future of work needs spaces that truly support the human behind the work, not only for focus and productivity, but for recovery, energy, and well-being.

Now after out first launch at the HR Inside Summit in Vienna’s Hofburg we will now officially present it at The Croissant Club this friday.

So proud of what we created together.

This is just the start. ⚡️

One of my biggest projects this summer with Yuniti finally launched

We redesigned our website.

But more important than the "what" is the "how".

So here is my 1x1 on how Antonia (our brilliant web designer) & I pulled it off this relaunch:

1) Define the goal & positioning
The most obvious, but also the most crucial step: where do we want to go with this? How do we want to position Yuniti? What are the key objectives?

If you don’t nail this, you’ll find yourself going back again and again, because the foundation isn’t clear. 

2) Gather the content you need
Once the direction was set, we needed the right "ingredients": new photos, new ideas, a design language that feels like Yuniti (funny enough, that meant going back to our OG branding). 

So while Antonia was already shaping the outlines and we did new teamfotos, product photos (which are still loading) and content for us to work with.

3) Build the first drafts & rough outlines
We reviewed every page of the old site: what to keep, what to kick. Then came the first wireframes, layouts, rough copy.

Because until you see it, it’s just talk. And if you can’t hand over step 1 properly to your designer, this is the step where it will show.

4) Adapt → draft → kick → adapt → bring new ideas → kick again → draft (repeat a gazillion times)
This was the real work (especially on Antonia’s side): check-ins, feedback loops, ping-ponging ideas, researching references, tweaking again and again, and a lot of "How bout we do this... Have you tried xyz..." 

Those micro-loops shape the real thing. 

5) Fill final content & fine-tune details
We added the real copy, images, tested forms and buttons, checked mobile views.
Three plus intense days of nothing but details, exhausting towards the end, but necessary to pull it all together. 

6) Launch 
First a soft launch to gather team feedback, let everyone test and then the full go-live.
I still remember Antonia finishing the last bits right before boarding her flight, because we set this deadline and we wanted to bring it hooome. 

It’s a lot of work, everyone who’s been through a process like this knows. But it’s also so much fun when you do it with someone you click with, and for something as meaningful to me as Yuniti.
