As a Content Intern at The Glades Estate Agency, I had the exciting opportunity to work alongside the Social Media Manager and a team of three other interns to shape the way we engage with our audience. I played a vital role in developing and designing compelling content that was distributed across all social media platforms. Employed to help the business thrive, at the time of its expansion and at the start of a new collaboration with Belgravia Dermatology. My position entails exposure to different aspects of the business, such as recruiting, training, and managing a team of 5 Receptionists, administrative work, customer service, sales of services and products, supporting marketing and new business initiatives, scheduling of clinicians, resources, and clients, and liaising with complaints and refunds.

Pitman Training Group Ltd

Initially headhunted to be an Administrator and Receptionist before gaining promotion in 2012 to Sales Executive – utilising a consultative approach to analyse and delineate clients’ requirements and sell tailored training solutions in face to face meetings. Working closely with private and corporate customers to maintain long term meaningful relationships and continuously developing an extensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Margate and West Thornton Primary Schools

Supported the class Teacher in the management of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Encouraged inclusion and peer support and prevented difficult situations through the promotion of positive behaviour. Collaborated with the Head Teacher and external agencies.

•	Recognised by the Head teacher and external agencies for impressive team ethic and creative 
        problem solving

Frontier Travel Ltd

Directly managed operations, and worked alongside the Sales & Marketing and Product teams to ensure the success of each tailored Tour.  Negotiated with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, and ensured all deadlines were adhered to. Developed and maintained good relations with all clients and suppliers.

Key achievements:
•	Promoted from Office Administrator to Operations Executive
•	Played a key role securing International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification

Advanced MP Technology

Business to Business (B2B) sales of electronic components within the Italian market. Targeted areas of Italy where major companies of electronic components were, and developed strong business relations to obtain a high level of business.

Swissair and Qualiflyer Customer Care Centre

Cemented a passion for sales and customer service during global experience at Swissair Qualiflyer Customer Centre, London (including Switzerland, South Africa and Finland), while also mentoring, coaching and performance managing sales and service staff as a Team Leader.
