• Managed campaign execution end-to-end: developed campaign briefs, oversaw creative production, set measurement plans, secured legal requirements and approvals, coded emails, scheduled the campaign in Braze, and reported on performance.
• Developed and deployed email nurture programs and 1-off email sends while analyzing email campaign data; run A/B tests to identify the winning hypothesis and deliver campaign performance improvement. 
• Leveraged Braze capabilities, Data Science models, and behavioral data to drive personalized, automated experiences that deliver business results and improve customer relevancy and retention.
• Served as the email, push notification, and in-app message marketing expert, providing strategic support and guidance (email deliverability and best practices).
•Worked cross-functionally with the Creative, Engineers, Data Science, International, and Games teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for consumers.

Product Marketing & CRM Lifecycle

Munchery

Munchery was an on-demand meal delivery service that delivered over 12 million meals to more than 500,000 customers. The company secured $300 million in Series C funding. Unfortunately, Munchery suspended operations in January 2019 following unsuccessful turnaround.

I was responsible for user acquisition, retention, and analysis across paid online channels and email marketing. 

• Managed online paid marketing: executed campaigns including targeting, set-up, execution, and strategic analysis;
• Ran Munchery Affiliate Marketing program (Impact Radius): managed existing publisher relationships, built new campaigns, optimized and reported on campaign performance;
• Tracked and analyzed metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns to meet or exceed the CAC targets with a test and learn approach;
• Analyzed and interpreted the results of experiments (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Ran A/B tests to optimize campaigns and reported results with recommendations for future iterations;
• Managed vendor relationships for some of our most important paid channels to get the most out of them and keep things running smoothly;
• Managed marketing emails: drove the overall email marketing strategy (created list segmentation, set up the campaigns, and evaluated results);
• Partnered with the creative, analytics, and engineering teams to create compelling and efficient marketing campaigns.

Performance Marketing Associate

• In charge of the procurement of labels, flyers, and promotional items (managed all aspects of the process);
• Built new vendor relationships based on the needs of the brand, and managed print vendor relationships such as invoicing, billing, and pricing;
• Developed, maintained, and updated timelines, job status, and records for all projects from start to finish—including estimates, specifications, artwork routing, proofing, and invoice approvals;
• Created and maintained national inventory schedules for branded items making accurate records of past orders readily available; overall, helped the finance team to create more realistic budgets;
• Contacted potential suppliers, collected samples, and negotiated prices for drivers uniforms; this helped the company to save $10,000 on an annual basis;
• Managed Munchery’s Social Good Programs: established new partnerships with four food banks in San Diego, Sacramento, Washington D.C., and Portland.

• Developed, maintained, and monitored operational dashboards of KPI for the Central Supply Chain Department;
• Analyzed and revised sales forecasts to improve their accuracy; helped the company eliminate potential overstocks and realized £850K in savings per month;
• Processed POs on ERP to ensure accuracy and timely arrival of the goods: Ninety-eight percent of service level achieved;
• Identified gaps in some processes and proposed modifications to them.

• Studied the American and French digital publishing markets by performing a daily technology watch;
• Wrote weekly blog posts about digital publishing trends;
