Dolan), profession that which I practice in congruence with my 5 #values: Patience / Order / Respect / Work / Justice With experience in the HR area as a payroll administrator and recruiter, in which I managed to implement rules for both the company and collaborators. Additionally, I helped some coworkers to be aware of their own lives and that work life is not seen as torture, but as a place of enjoyment, contribution, teamwork and building together. During my experience as HR, I notice that there is a deficit in the organizations regarding the treatment to the collaborators and also insecurity in the collaborators themselves. Large part of my professional life I spent as a business administrator, which I practiced with order and patience, giving me calmness in carrying out tasks, achieving order and clarity in the accounts. I am a person of changes, challenges, constantly learning, listening, getting to know new things, other cultures and places. I lived much of my life in fear, this led me to be insecure and #burnout. With patience, order and respect, I help and accompany: - people to manage their fear(s) by connecting with their #values. With the aim of knowing themselves, being aware, being able to face and solve the conflicts that arise, in order to have inner calm, take care of and maintain their balanced #well-being. - organizations to connect with their #values, creating awareness and trust, so that objectives can be planned and achieved through #values. Also having a good relationship between everyone, more humane companies.
