I am very excited to be back in my hometown of Kansas City Missouri to lock in on this venture!
3600PLUS is a membership based small business incubator for creatives & entrepreneurs located in Midtown KCMO. 

3600+ is accessible to the general public as a Co-op Makerspace. 

Imagine a place... Weworks meets Lifetime Fitness- reengineered specifically for creative industry startups, freelancers, & apprenticeship modules. 

Our Mission is to help creative entrepreneurs get what they need for the greater good.
Our Vision is simply to bring people together around arts & entrepreneurship culture. 

We strive to cultivate strength & joy. We'll bring quality jobs, & quality educational opportunities to the community through demonstrating the educational benefits of the apprenticeship model.

We provide an innovative platform for artists and Entrepreneurs through the establishment & development of our flagship location, a commercial building in Midtown Kc on 36th & Troost Ave..
Utility will be dedicated creative space for Media, Marketing, Events/Event Space, Art Galleries/Auctions, Promotion, Music & Multimedia Production Studios.

3600+ will lease the space from the creative interchange agenda, our neighbor & ecosystem partner. The adjacent property has a very large garden area that will be utilized for urban agriculture and environmental, demonstrating sustainability, the basics of plant life, various science projects, and events.

I was about 15 years old when I returned to KCYA to visit my old teacher & discuss my options for becoming a music producer & Landing a real world learning experience. At the time, I didn't have many options as every studio had turned me away or blatantly ignored me. 
He offered me the perfect scenario as a volunteer audio engineer. 
In this role, I was mostly operating the sound board, producing events, etc. 

this included
-recording recording several demos and an entire album of live & acoustic instruments with folk band gullywasher! 12 mics. one room. 
-assisting the instructor in directing the artists, 
-teaching/mentoring, 
-audio recording and songwriting sessions on Logic Pro. 
-teaching youth from all walks of life including special needs. 
-preparing live shows audio/visual
-converting digital audio to hard copies (CD Demos)

It's amazing to see! 
I am a KCYA Alumni so It was really in the cards for me to give back to the program which empowered and inspired me to pursue my dreams. KCYA scholarship programs 100% certainly are the Inspiration for my business and a major catalyst to who I have become. 
This role was extremely flexible and I was never obligated to serve. 

my biggest regret is only that I had the time to consistently be involved.
