	Participate in account sales strategy and planning.
	Assist the sales team in determining the most appropriate sales strategy for Sun Services.
	Determine the most appropriate engagement strategy for Sun and customer success (i.e. multi-phase, time and materials, etc)
	Utilize Sun methodologies and processes related to Services opportunity pursuit, including Deal Management Process (DMP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM-Siebel)
	Articulate alternatives in terms of business cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions, options, and delivery approaches exist.
	Take a lead role in a project team during the delivery of a strategic or very large deal to provide customer continuity.
	Work closely with Delivery Managers during the pre-sales phase to ensure that all proposed solutions can be delivered and supported.
	Drive detailed qualification of Services opportunities and make recommendations to the sales team and SMI management regarding opportunity.
	Responsible for transaction and forecast management.
