I graduated from Tamale Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2021. Since then, I have been working as a Technical Sales Engineer at Jual Group Ghana Limited, a leading provider of low voltage and medium voltage ABB control panels. My core competencies include problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. In my current role, I channel customer requirements and panel design specifications to the design and manufacturing team, liaise with the service team on site visits, supervise panel installations and other service jobs, engage with customers to introduce our products, generate leads and make necessary follow-ups, and prepare quotations for requests from customers. I also have previous experience as an Electrical Technician at Alpha Mechatronics, where I built, tested, installed, and troubleshooted various types of electrical control panels for both industrial and domestic applications. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.
