Project led the development of Nordic Match’s new advisory strategy for divestitures, expanding their portfolio of offered services in response to current de-risking trends from MNCs in China, which has since resulted in several new deals for Nordic Match. Also supported live M&A transactions by compiling target lists, performing company valuations (Comp/DCF), and preparing pitchbooks.

Led a team of five consultants. The executive management of Danaher China tasked our team to find out why one of their products had consistently underperformed. Developed and implemented a revamped Go-To-Market strategy that boosted Danaher’s sales and enhanced its market positioning, contributing to growth in the targeted segment. Our team efforts enabled us to receive a “Best Project Award” upon delivery.

Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong

Project led several projects with chamber staff, such as: 
(1) Developed a new strategy for advertisement sales by utilizing pricing theories (bundling, price discrimination, etc.), ultimately increasing chamber income. 
(2) Planned and executed the data analysis, market research, and the presentation of the annual report “Business Climate Survey in Hong Kong 2022”. 
(3) Coordinated networking events, expo booths, and panel discussions with local & global industry leaders – further honing my skills in stakeholder management.

Selected project experience:
- Responsible of the “Business Climate Survey” on behalf of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. A project in collaboration with Business Sweden and the Consulate General of Sweden, set to examine the current trade situation between Hong Kong and Sweden as well as to monitor opportunities and challenges in the region.

International Trade Scholar, Project/Team Leader, Marketing Strategy

Consulted clients on capital investments through portfolio creation & risk management, private property, and real estate investments. Improved and relaunched debt financing offers towards housing cooperatives, which led to an increase in new clients from other banks and accelerated the issuing of new mortgages, improving our office’s annual net interest gains. Led a “real-time data” optimization project and implemented a data-driven mindset for weekly (instead of monthly/quarterly) tracking of our P&L, which improved efficiency and allowed for quicker strategy responses. Ultimately, this led to an improvement in overall results.
