Scouted and evaluated early-stage startups for the Incubate & Accelerate program. Increased number of applications by implementing new outbound marketing strategy. 

Lead the open innovation challenge "Startup Climate Action" in collaboration with the Norrsken Foundation, reaching more than 1100 signups and generating more than 220 startup teams.

As an Executive Assistant to the CHRO I worked on the development and communication of the corporate strategy and digital transformation strategy. My tasks included organizational development, the facilitation and support for internal change processes, the rollout of the corporate strategy and developing and implementing a new trend management.

During my studies at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences I worked at WAGO as a Dual Student. I switched between practical phases in different departments within the company and theoretical studies at the university every three month. My projects included a cross-location benchmark of international production plants, the development of an end-to-end solution for process industries and the conception and implementation of strategic personnel planning.
