I am an enthusiastic and driven problem solver with years of experience in analyzing data within the medical industry. As an accomplished Head Pharmacist, I am looking forward to broadening my horizons in the field of data analytics. I contributed to the Materiovigilance studies of Bio-N-Tech working closely with internal and external stakeholders during covid, proving my resilience and ability to build rapport under the pressure of a time crunch. I have trained over 2500 people in Materiovigilance leading several large training projects on the subject. Managing 8 warehouses and a team of over 40 employees, I ensured that data entries and all the other requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner. I generated a report for the Ministry of Health of Turkey on an investigation of a syringe production defect addressing a failure in nursing care and coordinated the behind-the-scenes analysis/investigations that resulted in a recall of that batch of syringes.
