I walked away from a high-paying executive job in banking to follow a deep nudge within to go do something for myself. Within two years of leaving my life was flipped upside down. The business I joined failed, my relationship failed, and left wondering how this happened when I had always been successful. I did not trust my gut till it was too late or at least I thought. Before I left the corporate world my dream was to be a motivational speaker and help transform leadership. I've never walked a normal course of life. Raised in a cult I have always looked at the world as if from the outside. As a queer person in this world, there are many stories and reasons why I doubted that I was worthy of having what I desired. Each one of us has a very unique perspective on life and the world. When you view your life waves the ups and downs you often see a pattern. Looking back at those be curious about the essence of the lesson and how has it shaped who you are. Our perspectives and intuition are powerful forces in helping us to create the ideal life we are looking for. When it comes to leadership the same is true. I've spent the last six years investing heavily in my own personal growth and professional to build upon my already honed skills of leadership and facilitation. Through this journey, I've come to realize a few patterns. ~I was trained to publicly speak from the age of 7 and have been on stage and in front of groups ever since. ~I have a passion for nature and being in the outdoors. ~I like to break the rules and look at life and leadership from all sides. ~Travel is where I learn and find myself in flow, absorbing other cultures and adding to the richness in my life. ~I see a huge area of opportunity to evolve the queer professional community and corporate world on how we come from an authentic place of honoring each human we lead. I've spent my time building an intuitive leadership program that helps leaders and organizations come back to the soul of the individual and business. I've also launched ASG a new community to unite the queer professional world. We reframe the DE&I conversation to not be just a checklist item but to truly be incorporated into the culture.
