My role was centered around integrating engineering teams and optimizing operational workflows to drive consistent growth.

A key area of responsibility was recruitment, where I assisted in shaping the sales and engineering teams by identifying and bringing in top talent. On the account management side, I was focused on maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their goals were always a priority.

I also contributed to business development efforts, where I actively sourced potential partnerships through LinkedIn and email outreach, helping to establish and maintain strategic relationships.

I’ve built and scaled businesses from the ground up, most notably founding Scalamandra (acquired by Fiverr), a company focused on developing high-load systems and web projects using Scala and Rust.   

I also work as a board advisor, specializing in lead generation, business optimization, and assisting companies with M&A and fundraising.
